i like the idea of him becoming like super domesticated and content, he'll always have issues after what he went through but his partner is good, the ocean is blue and the plants are growing nicely :)

Side note, I've finally read/watched project hail mary and I'm about to be a problem. Thinkin about a bloodymary au where they DO return to earth. Simon sees not just earth, but earth from a very long time ago, in his time. He sees the sun, and a blue sky. When getting out of the ship he sees more people then the entire human race, in his world. He sees not just trees, but grass, flowers, weeds, animals. Mods give this man a panic attack.
