today at work this man came up to me at the front desk and held up a hard boiled egg (shell still on) and asked me if i had any salt. i was like um. no i'm sorry (????) and he went "oh.. guess i'll have to go saltless then haha" and walked away (??????). and then later a woman came up holding a tub of tuna salad (i think?) and asked me if i had a fridge i could put it in for her. also no. swim school receptionist btw

what's crazy is that parents will come up to me all the time and be like "sorry this is such a weird question but we forgot to bring a towel do you happen to have a spare one?" my friend this is a swim school that is not a weird question. yes we have loaner towels. a weird question at this establishment is do you have salt for my egg
