Quit talking about the bad news of the day, the bad relationship, the ex who screwed you over, the job you hate, the sleep you didn’t get, the back pain, the annoying friend. The more you speak on bad news, the more you magnetise situations of the same level to you. Turn your energy to speaking only of good. Start talking about all the juicy, goodness in your life. Learn to re-direct conversation. And stop letting people around you edge the conversation to bitching and negativity. Beware of friends that do this. Switch up the conversation. Soon people will realise you’re not the one, to be speaking on drama’s, problems, health issues, being broke, talking other peoples business.
