They say that love is the highest form of energy and according to Einstein, “Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.” so love can only be transferred or be changed in form.  "Hindi na kita mahal"  Relationships fall apart not because lovers lose their love for each other but because the love they once had is transferred to another person or to one's self. Others choose to love someone else while others choose to love themselves even more. "may bago na siya" or "mas mahal ko ang sarili ko".

"Paano ba ako makakamove on?" So moving on means transferring that love to another or to one's self. that's the reason why people "move on" at varying rates. Ever heard of "maghanap ka na ng kapalit nya, pre", (transfer) or how the girls change their hairstyles after the break up "Uy, Blooming ka!" (love yourself.)
