I've never had a boyfriend and dont really have that many friends and I feel so alone all the time. I'm not good at talking to new people at all but I've tried. I live in a really small town so it's difficult to go do new things to meet new people. Some have told me to practice self love/validation but Im not sure how. I've tried a lot of things because I hate feeling like this so any advice?

I agree that self love can help. Self love can come with doing what you love. Is there something that really interests you? Try investing more into it. Also, you just have to keep telling yourself that you are worth it. You’re a human being who has a right to speak and that you aren’t a burden. You mean so much to a lot of people whether you realize it or not. You can’t depend on others to tell you that if you don’t feel that way yourself. Also do things that you feel like will benefit you. If you think that you aren’t fit enough. Try to get fit. But don’t do it to impress someone. Do it for you. This can really be a confidence booster. All in all, do things for yourself more and not for other people. Plus, it's more about the quality of your friends than quantity.

Im 16 & I like someone whos 22 & idk what to do about it. I see him pretty often & just everytime I think of/see him I get really sad because I know it will never work out even if he did show interest. (Id be okay with dating him tbh) Any advice?

He's a crush and with time, the feelings will pass. By the time you can legally date him, you may be into another 22 year old or at least over him. It's easier said than done, I know. I am 19 and I work at a bakery and go to college, there are some really immature high school girls who work there too. One of them was constantly harassing me so I talked to her alone and said I didn't like what she said to me, she laughed in my face and now harassed me more. I told the manager and she said that if it got worse tell her. But now I just hate work and I used to love the bakery. What do I do?

Tell the manager again. Explain that you don't feel comfortable working there. You have every right to feel safe in your working environment. If the manager decides to do nothing about it, the best thing to do would be to leave.Good luck, love. 💖

Thanks for the follow! 😊💕We are two girls who wanted to make a sort of help/motivation blog for girls. We give advice and tips. Therefore, we surrender a lot of information and a lot of our time into the blog as well. We wanted a name that sounded original and stuck. One that would turn heads also. And voilà! Girls Surrender was born.

Yesterday I was taking my math exam and about 20 mins in I looked up and looked around cause I was thinking about a problem and I saw this guy looking at me. I've texted him before and he's been kinda mean to me. But he's nice to other girls and I don't get why. I've only been nice to him too. But this guy was staring at me during the exams, I caught him then gave him a little wave and looked away. Then I looked back for 2 seconds our eyes locked and I went back to my test. What does this mean?

How mean is he to you? It's a little weird, but he could be interested in you... or just really weird and likes to stare. You can ask him why he was staring, maybe. But I think you should just ignore him. He's mean to you and it's so elementary school for a him to be acting that way if he actually is attracted to you. He seems immature and it's better if you just don't try to get romantically involved.
