A Dragon’s Loss
It had to be a dream.
Surrounding her were hunters, pointing several weapons at her and her children; Cinead and Edana. Their frightened eyes made her anger boil at the hunters.
As her eyes glowed bright purple as Sorcha let out a bloodcurdling scream at the hunters as an arrow whizzed past her ear.
“Mom.”
There was blood everywhere, her children’s blood. The hunters just left Sorcha alone like they did two centuries ago.
“NO!!”
It couldn’t be real, her children couldn’t be dead, she always promised to protect them....
