Look...

Six years ago, me and my mother came to Panama City Beach with a dream. We wanted to start our lives fresh off a lot of hardships we were going through in our small town in Georgia. One of those being, my fight with epilepsy. The both of us have had our ups and downs being here on the beach. My mom had even launched her own cleaning business after years of working retail, but we were recently hit with probably our biggest hurdle yet recently in the worst times possible. Our landlord, despite us being good tenants that haven't broken any of his rules, all while trying our best to have at least somewhat decent communication with him has decided to sell our house from underneath us, and evict us from our home. As of writing this, we have now less than 30 days to pack up all our stuff that we own and move, essentially stop everything just to find a new place to live. All the while my mother still has to work along with now packing and organizing this move. He had warned us to move a few months ago, after we had to get an entirely new air conditioner unit that had seemed to be an old one that was outdated according to the repairman. We immediately started to look for places, however a family emergency occurred with the passing of my grandfather from North Carolina, my epilepsy has only gotten worse and we have had to take numerous neurologist visits to try and figure out what to do since I was having more seizures, including my second Grand mal seizure, and on top of all that my mom was working more than just her own cleaning business so to say we had our hands full, while trying to find a place would be underselling it. We have driven all over, day after day looking for a place to rent. It's also been a problem due to our restrictions such as we've been looking for somewhere that can fit the two of us, and will accept pets (because of my service animal, which is a cat trained to detect my seizures), something that we can reasonably afford within our budget, plus we are trying to find something that is still nearby where my mom has her cleaning and property management jobs located. The both of us also wanna make sure the place we live isn't too far, because of my epilepsy being so out of control recently that I haven't been able to be on my own for long periods of time.  I've had to go with her on numerous jobs, including part time jobs she has had on top of all this.  We are hoping to find somewhere she can get to me in case of emergencies.
