Natasha: Someone’s in a hurry to get me naked, huh?

All she remembers is one day she had woken up, Steve sleeping peacefully by her side. Sun rays peaking in through the blinds in the godforsaken old trailer that they had called home for a while now.

She remembers sitting outside, enjoying the quiet of the morning. He had opened the trailer door, handing her a cup of coffee.

“It’s pretty beautiful out here, don’t you think?” He had asked her, smiling.

“Yeah it is..” her voice trailed off and she resumed watching the sun rise over the horizon. And she knew. She couldn’t lose him. That it didn’t matter if they were on the run, fugitives from the government. He was her home and she’d be damned if she let that slip away.

“Let me go.. it’s okay”

She had spoken those words as she dangled from the cliff on that cold desolate planet whose sky was painted purple. A soul for a soul. She had known what she had to do, even if that meant accepting her death.

And when she fell, her last thought was of his lips and the morning she knew she would love him forever.

Steve: (smiling) She truly is a natural with the elderly.

Yelena: (matter of factly) Of course she is, idiot! How could you say that in a surprised tone?

Steve: (confused)What do you mean?
