You can do a similar thing with Mass Post Editor I think? (tho i haven’t used tumblr desktop in years…) But either way it seems a bit cumbersome to go through and delete so much o:!

yeaaah for sure... thats mainly the reason why i dont want to do it all in one day, maybe like a month here or there or something? id have my new blog up and running too so it wouldnt be like i was adding more posts to the already existing pile (32,000 and counting :/ )

what i did to clear out my blog was get xkit and i forgot which extention but i selected the first hundred posts in a month and unselected what i wanted to keep and deleted the selected and kept doing that until i only had a few posts left in the month and then i'd go on the to next month etc etc, the same extension let's you retag stuff fast too, not manually. i hope this make sense lol

hmmm ill keep that in mind whenever i do that… it makes sense dont worry, i was actually recently poking through my xkit to get extensions for stuff so ill just check it out again, ty

i think im gonna remake my account? theres too much stuff on here and i kinda want a fresh start, one where i tag everything and dont post much i guess? (I find myself not using tumblr as much as i used to, posting less every day) I dont really want a personal account anymore, and i would rather focus more on my original ocs/comic stuff i guess.. im gonna have the same url but yeah i dunno
