@kesterite Heard this from another former partner, their vanilla sweet cream is made in batches of 1 liter of heavy cream, 350 mL of vanilla syrup, and 600 mL of 2% milk, all whisked together. This can be adjusted into smaller batches but I'm not doing the math right now.

To make the vanilla sweet cream foam, take 150 mL of the vanilla sweet cream and blend it on low for about 10 seconds. The above ratio has to be correct or it will not foam properly.

To make any other flavored foams, add two pumps (0.5 fl oz or 1 full tbsp) of whatever flavoring you like to 150 mL of vanilla sweet cream and blend on low.

Their pumpkin spice syrup is much more thicker than the other syrups, it's similar to Torani's pumpkin pie sauce.
