Do not include your name in your username, don’t tell people online personal information like your home address or school, do not send/post pictures of yourself including your face or body, and definitely do not disclose personal matters.

Unless you have reason to believe that the person you are speaking to is trustworthy, in your age group, and that you have been friends for a while; do not assume that they are good.

Unfortunately, there are bad people online.
