I Could Totally Post My Art Here (yeah right)

Hey guys I locked in since I last posted so here’s my oc pre-main story trauma <3

Kalim for my HNK x TWST AU! He’s an opal- I considered making him a Saudi Diamond, also known as desert diamond, which is a quartz that looks like a diamond when polished to mirror Jamil, but i figured that making him a more expensive/rare stone would match his character more, though imo his hair could also still pass as a “desert diamond” so lmk if y’all prefer that

Not trying to replicate the HNK artstyle def made this easier for me, but I still didn’t do a full body or rendering bc i was tired lol, made his eyes pretty and called it a day

Fun facts:

- 800 years old, 90 years younger than Jamil

- His shine and color make the Lunarians target him often and Crowley partnered him with Jamil to protect him

- Around 6.5 hardness

-He had longer hair but losing an arm and numerous minor chips and cracks has shortened it to its current length as hair was taken to repair him

- He wears his headband both to cover his luster a bit, though it impedes his ability to refract sunlight, to prevent the Lunarians from targeting him

- He looks up to Jamil for being so strong, happy to be his partner, unaware of Jamil’s resentment of having to protect him

- He cut his sleeves shorter himself with his obsidian sword

- He uses the same kohl as Jamil

A TWST x HNK AU has invaded my mind and now im so obsessed and you will absolutely be seeing more of this AU!! Ofc I decided to start with Jamil/Desert Diamond, but I’ll probably redraw him later because I’m still not fully happy with how this turned out :(

ANYWAYS here’s some facts about him in this AU!

- He is about 890 years old, 90 years older than Kalim/Rainbow Opal, his current partner

- He is Desert Diamond, specifically the natural diamond kind that forms in colors of yellow and brown, coloring being Fancy Dark Brown

- Hardness of 10

- A scout/fighter, though he often takes on other jobs, which he is also skilled in

- His obsidian sword resembles a scimitar

- He uses red clay and plant oil to make his kohl

- Due to his natural hardness and close age to Kalim, as well as the lunarians preferring Kalims gem color, he was appointed by Crowley(Kongo in this AU) to protect Kalim

- He actually quite enjoys fighting, but due to having to worry about Kalim’s safety, he instead opts to ring the alarm or end combat as efficiently as possible

EPISODE 38 AVM WAS SO GOOD!!!

I did some headshots of the main color gang but im not too happy w how Blue and Tsc came out so I’ll probably redesign em later, but I can’t wait for 39!!!
