Did anyone else grow up eating toast or plain bread with butter, cinnamon and sugar? And now look at me. But in all honesty I would still be happy with vegan butter, cinnamon and sugar on my toast. We put a lot of emphasis these days on organic, wholesome food. And I’m ALL for it! HOWEVER, there’s not an organic kale salad or spinach protein smoothie than can save you if you don’t take care of your mind, your body AND your spirit as well. Feeding ourselves good food does not guarantee health and wellness. We are MORE than these bodies. We are also SPIRIT. Would you believe me if I told you that wholeness, prosperity and well being begins with a thought? Believe it baby. I CREATED this toast from a thought. I envisioned it to be delicious and to nourish me. And it would accomplish just that whether there was kale or cinnamon and sugar on it. Yes, what we put in we get out.
