I only recently started questioning my gender identity but I feel invalid because I m too old for that (31) and i' m afraid it might be just a phase. I feel very close to the identity of girlflux even though I very rarely feel 100% agender but Im also confused about pronouns as I still prefer she/her most of the time (although they/them is ok too but not always).
You are never too old to question your gender, for a start! You're completely valid to be questioning at this age, don't let other people or even yourself tell you otherwise. Even if it does turn out to be a phase who cares, sometimes that's just the case. But I will say that strictly cis people rarely question their gender and they rarely come to the conclusion that they like a label other than cis.
Pronouns are part of your gender expression, being girlflux and using she/her pronouns primarily is valid and not something you have to justify to anyone to be girlflux. Not always feeling comfortable with they/them is completely valid!
I wish you all the best in any further questioning you may do, but so far you seem to be on the right track for yourself, please don't feel otherwise!
