Its utilisation of unusual rhythm and harmony at times places the listener in an ethereal and spaced out state - weird and comfortable at the same time, reminiscent of the Splatoon soundtrack in the best possible way: it captures the essence of alien emotion without needing lyrics. Favourite track: Kimino Satellite for its particular vibe and energy, I love the synth sound for the hook. It's airy and legato but *funky* at it's core, which is a great analogy for the entire EP.

I love Ryland's breathy falsetto vocals! The guitar feels vaguely J-rock inspired, and really works with the 7th chords and this album's rhythmic experimentation, like time sigs and emphasising the 2nd beat of some bars! Pat's drumming blends the bossa-ish styles with emo infused rock so well - totally creating an addictive and instantly nostalgic hit!!
