Oh dear, the NHS. I spole to PALS the department have had six weeks to issue a response. Haven't. Have not responded to my follow up requests or the complaints department's requests. I think it's because I have them boxed in. There is no way for them to respond without exposing the head of service, which is who the complaint is about, to liability and grounds for a malpractice claim either at ombudsman or court level. Still not good enough. Chased it so many times the complaints officer knows me by voice and says 'Hello, Jordan' when I phone up
