In honour of The Mighty Nein animated series being announced here’s an old painting I did
It’s supposed to be when the Nein are walking around underwater but I don’t know if the ‘underwater’ part really translates?? (It looks better in person I swear)

Jesus Christ the man that Trent Ikithon is, obviously I knew he was bad we all know he’s bad I’ve read the comics I’ve gotten spoilers and whatnot but I just finished ‘Dinner with the Devil’ and I don’t think I’ve ever had such a visceral reaction to a fictional character in my life. The hatred that just filled my body is immeasurable Matthew Mercer you play such a slimy disgusting person so well, love you though.
Anyways yeah first text post no one else I know watches CR I needed to get this out of my body he is so awful I’m cringing with every word.
The way he just sits there and insists that everything he did was for the greater good or the way that he initially called Caleb by his name to be personable and then moved on to only calling him Bren.
BRINGING UP HIS PARENTS??? Ough he’s just so evil it’s almost comical.
Anyways I love the mighty nein they out-asshole everyone always and they love each other.
AND- having Astrid and Eudwolf there just to criticise them and try to pit them against/want Caleb to come back because Trent probably used Caleb as an example. OUGH!
