Based on one of Ferdinand’s tea time conversations. Ferdinand and Dorothea have such an interesting dynamic that really appeals to me, and they complement each other so well. I think initially Ferdinand would hesitate to show affection openly in public, since it’s not proper or appropriate for nobles to display bold actions like that, but he would so badly want to hold Dorothea’s hand, and be able to proudly call her his. He’s romantic like that.
