This is how we do a full-on custom arcade cabinet.

First it’s all designed in CAD, then we do some test renders with a 3d model to check the look of it and see how good it is. 

Next we produce the engineering plans.  Most typical cabs are only a few pages, but this one has so many different details, over 55 parts now. So the plan-set is rapidly stretching out to approx 7 or 8 pages @ A3 size. What you see here is about half of the details.

Once the plans are completed, we’ll move on to cutting the various bits out, and sticking it all together. A slow process at times due to the wait time of glue curing. No ugly screws here (unless they are hidden  )

After the build, will be paint, art, and mounting all the electronics!
