Reblogging for @andavs tagfic: #i like that this makes it look like the loft has a bright pink accent wall #like derek’s been slowly renovating in his spare time #he’s got one solid wall done and drywalled and ready to paint #but he’s waffling on the color #pissing off everyone because he just WON’T MAKE A DAMN DECISION #PLAIN DRYWALL IS UGLY TO LOOK AT #so erica takes charge and picks the color she knows will annoy him #and paints the whole thing while he’s at home depot #maybe he’ll finally pick a color if he’s motivated to cover up the gaudy bright pink that practically glows when the sun hits it #but derek knows exactly what she’s doing and refuses to give her the satisfaction so he just…leaves it #for months #and buys a white mirror that happens to match the trim he used #and just has a bright pink spite wall
