Over-analysing:BLACK FRIDAY

Okay to start this I want to say that I'm gonna hopefully do one for each musical, I'm gonna focus on a maximum of 1 song, per blog.
WHY?: I just really want to talk about the things that scratch my brain in starkid musicals.(In no specific order) LETS BEGIN
So first of, the opening song. And the implications, firstly what I noticed was how vague they are about the tickle-me-wiggle (I'm just gonna say toy when referring to it) for example "he's an underwater creature from outer space" it's not supposed to be specific because if it is then it will only hit a certain demographic of 'children', it's SUPPOSED to be so vague that ANY parent can get it. (Again this is just me blabbering don't take it too much at face value)
Next, the language devices that are used. Example, direct address, commands and superlatives (I think this is it but idk) So first, the direct address is obvious because most if not ALL ads use this to talk directly to the consumer, selling the realism of the product ad, telling you that YOU need this toy, this toy is all that YOU need (+exaggeration). Next, the commands, 'rub his belly-wells, etc' all vague, all something you could do with any other toy, all supposed to convey that this toy has sooooo many uses and benefits for your child. You want your child to have fun with his toy, Don't you?
And finally, (because it's late and I'm sleepy) the superlatives. In short, the definition of a superlative is the best of something, "she had the most hilarious jokes" or "His pet was the strongest" etc. This is mixed with exaggeration, "he's all that you wanted, has all that you needed" "A bestest fwendy-wend" this again males you want to buy buy buy because that obviously the point (duh) but the start just really emphasizes that, even before the killings happen, it's still supposed to make you feel uneasy but you assume 'eh it's probably nothing' because we see this stuff. All. The. Time.
Final little thing I noticed: the foreboding
"He'll wiggle his way through life " idk just thought I should point it out welp I'm gonna go to bed now and probably look as this in the morning thinking, 'what was I on?!?'
