Yea, seriously. Shirts, sneakers, jeans, socks…etc. Ask your male friends how much they pay for a pair of descent jeans. It’ll blow your mind.

Fucking infuriating. And, NO ONE pays more for clothes than fat women. Tired of it.

“cj why do you buy mens clothing?” cause its cheaper and the pockets are real.

i buy mens dress shirts for work because a) they have a breast pocket, which is useful, b) they button all the way up and c) i can actually tuck it in and have it stay put when i reach for something. oh, and yes, they’re $5-10 less on average than a comparable women’s shirt. i’m not even going to get into how much i spent today on tampons and midol. but it was ridiculous, and the tampons at least are a necessity (the midol just keeps me human).

My jeans regularly cost $60-$80 and need to be replaced every 6 months or so because they wear through. The cheapest bra I’ve ever bought was $68 dollars, and that’s only because there was a 15% off deal online. I’ve given up on buying panties entirely because it’s one of the few things that is actually cheaper to make yourself. I don’t buy tampons or pads because I don’t have a period, but the flip side to that is I have to shell out $60 dollars every three months to have a nurse stick a needle in my hip. I went to the men’s section at Walmart over the weekend and picked up a t shirt for 5 bucks. I’ve never in my life seen a “women’s” t shirt for that low of a price.
