This song was inspired by those moments when our ego whispers to us that we don’t need people. Although dealing with seemingly selfish people can be draining and one sided, it’s not always done with malicious intent. We allow our expectations of the people in our lives to dictate our relationships without taking into consideration what those people might be going through. Everyone wakes up trying to do their best, even if their best is actually pretty shitty. So it’s best to go through life not taking things so personal. People need people, the more you cut people off and the higher you build your wall the more difficult it’ll be to connect and the more misunderstood you will become. But sometimes it really is fuck a fake friend, fuck a fraud bitch...just don’t go overboard with it.
