Jeffrey Combs
He played a ludicrous percentage of the recurring and guest characters on "Deep Space Nine," and hit "Voyager" and "Enterprise" as well. He's back in "Lower Decks," voicing an evil computer.
He also stared in "Dr. Mordrid," a hilariously bad "Dr. Strange" ripoff lampooned in the "Mystery Science Theater 3000" reboot.
First drawing in WEEKS. Also yes... I've been watching DS9 again. I just wish they did more with Serilians, other than the single weird ass Tiron (played by the magnificent Jeffrey Combs). I find them neat looking so I wanted to fiddle-faddle around with characters.
