I think this is the type of ring you’re thinking of, yeah? - I tried this ring type once before, but didn’t find it to do much for me. However, there are plenty of other guys who say that this ring feels really nice adding pressure right behind their glands, making their dick head more full and have heightened sensations (much like how a typical cock ring does this for the entire penis). The raised portion of this ring is supposed to stimulate the frenulum which is one of the most sensitive parts of the dick head, and many guys say that feels amazing.

Hmm… Now that is quite the predicament. There are times where taking off a cock ring certainly can be a challenge under normal circumstances, but your balls growing quite a bit sure doesn’t help. My only suggestion is to try to take them out one at a time (of course). Perhaps, you can pull the ring and your balls as far away from your body as comfortable, and then try to push through as much of your scrotum skin as you can (to create a space for your testicle) and just sort of ‘pop’ it through into that space you made. That’s how I approach it when I use tight and small rings on myself, and it’s a little uncomfortable, but is the best bet outside of cutting or altering the ring.

Speaking from personal experience, they most certainly do work! It also depends on what you’re trying to get out of it, really, but in all respects that I’ve used them for, they’ve done their job right! Wanna stay hard longer? Wanna make your cock stiffer?
