A!Baku/O!Deku

Bakugou accidentally alpha orders Izuku when he tells him to take a swam dive off the roof. He’s halfway home when he finally gets sick of Deku calling him nonstop. He answers to the sound of sobs.

“What the hell do—“

“Please reverse it! Reverse the alpha order!”

“Hah? What the fu—“

“You ordered me to jump off the roof! And I can’t stop myself! I’m trying so hard, and I can’t stop!”

It takes a moment for Katsuki to process, but when he does, he’s screaming commands to stop into the phone and sprinting backto the school. The reversal isn’t working over the phone, so he ditches that and calls the emergency line instead. They’re sending people right away.

When Katsuki gets to the school, he knows they’ll be too late. He can already see Izuku’s outline on the top of the building. Even from so far away, he can tell Izuku is sobbing and shaking, desperately trying to keep himself from inching forwards, but he’s already only a step from the edge.

Katsuki knows there’s only one option left—he’s not close enough for his pheromones to reach Izuku and reverse the command. There isn’t time to get up the flights of stairs and stop him physically either. He’ll have to catch him.

Using his quirk, Katsuki launches himself into the air just as Izuku starts to fall from the edge. He’s running parallel to the building, so their

Bodies collide at an angle, launching the both of them to the side. Katsuki wraps one arm around Izuku and uses the other to try to stop their rapid descent. With only one arm and twice the usual weight, though, he only succeeds in slowing them down slightly. They hit the ground and roll, Katsuki’s shoulder smacking the ground painfully hard while Izuku’s head hits the pavement with a crack.

I was planning to go to Otakon this year—flights and everything ready to go. Stupid me, I booked everything for this weekend when the convention is the weekend after. Had my cosplay ready too. Too much money and hassle with work to switch.

Summary:

Legend tells that when the gods made humans, they each held claim to one secondary gender. Shiva created omegas protected by Titan, Ifrit created alphas protected by Leviathan, and Bahamut created betas protected by Ramuh.

The world was peaceful for thousands of years until Titan disappeared beneath the meteor. Without the omega protector, society began viewing omegas as inferior. They were abused, mistreated, and enslaved until Shiva took every last one and hid them away, deep within the snowy peaks of the Niflheim mountains. Only those with permission from the goddess herself could enter their domain.

The line of Lucis became one of the bridging points between the dynamics as Shiva granted each Lucian monarch an opportunity to visit her domain and find an omega that might wish to mate with them.

Now that Noctis had come of age, it was his turn to follow in his ancestor’s footsteps and present himself to the omegas.
