They may have their own nook to eat at
And we may disallow serving meals there, if we want
Helpers include hired or live-in servants on the job from the Chores Pusher mod, NPCs on the job, and people with the medieval Servant trait by @mortia
('on the job' means they're there to work, as opposed to social visit)

For years I used Pescado's comm-skilling mod. Until I modded a crafting station this spring for @yoursingrey (unreleased) and ran into massive problems.
We wanted functionality similar to @gummilutt awesome Autonomous Crafting for Teens/Adults/Elders on all lots mod. (here)
It took me a while to realize that it was not the coding I did for the crafting station, but Pescado's mod—some situations were still not allowed.
So, I went over the code with a fine-tooth comb. In addition, I separated out the three systems.
You can now choose what you like:
Skilling, Enthusiasm, and/or Badge gain.
It is a global mod. It will cause a lot reset when put into or removed from the game. Always run the HCDU after adding a mod to your game to search for potential conflicts.

The neighborhood actually includes lots for every sub-hood in the Sims 1. In this version all lots are empty. I recently-ish rebuilt all Sims 1 lots in the Sims 4 and I am not ready to do that all-over in the Sims 2 right now. 😅

what i did was basically borrow the lips from my default skin, Styx by ara-fusilli (#08), that come from Lilith's Eve Skinblend, and change the color a bit. i don't exactly know if Lilith made the textures because there is a lot of credits on the skinblend, so i apologize if someone else made these lips and i'm unable to properly credit them!
the skin i used for the small in-game previews is Horusmenhosetix Calm Depths Edit (in Celestial). for the swatch i used Horusmenhosetix Calm Depths Edit in Astral (darker skin) and ara-fusilli Styx #12 (lighter skin).
this overlay is layerable with other makeup, including sheer lipsticks/lipgloss. the makeup i used in the swatch is: lasilentcreature Y2K Lip Smacker (in #4 Dr. Pepper) and peppermint-ginger Clear Lipsgloss Overlay (#09). i think both of those look extremely cute paired with the lip mask :)

Hello everybody! Welcome to my first ever cc advent calendar yaaay! My first gift is honestly more Simblreen-themed but why would that ever stop me? <3
I'm bringing you 2 sets of eyeliners, 2 sets of eyeshadows, 2 sets of lipsticks, a set of facepaint and a set of eyebrows. All of those are tooltipped and compressed, everything in the makeup section has thumbnails. The entire set was converted with The Tattooer, an incredible tool that made it all possible!
Each item has a bunch of swatches, some of them look quite similar so please feel free to only install the ones you like <3 And recolors are very welcome!
Update March 10th, 2025:
- removed the excessive recolors of the Batty4U eyeliner that essentially looked the same. Maybe they do look different in TS4 but here the difference is too subtle to notice, and, as my perfectionism wouldn't let me create an incomplete set, I originally ended up converting everything regardless. At this point I don't think two versions are necessary so I only kept Version 1. If you have downloaded them before this, make sure not to have both the new files and the old thick version files in your game at the same time because they're the same thing.
- modified the face masks to be layerable with each other and now there are 4 swatches instead of 9. I've been meaning to do that ever since I uploaded them but never got to it out of shame of forgetting that layerability exists in the first place. Please make sure to delete the old files before installing these as they are not compatible.

Can't believe how long this set took for some reason... Anyway, hi, today I'm bringing you 114 face tattoos! They are all available for TU-EU sims. You can find them in the blush category, and they are divided into layer groups, meaning that your sim can have as many tattoos as you want as long as they don't overlap.
I wasn't sure if blush is the perfect place for them since it's usually cluttered with stuff, but my other option was face paint, which, as far as I'm aware, doesn't normally have custom thumbnails. Which could maybe be changed just like with accessories, but that doesn't show up in Bodyshop anyway, does it? And I would really like for it to be easily accessible in Bodyshop, so. Didn't look into overlay boxes here for the same reason, but maybe it would be a cool wip :)
There's a couple of tats that didn't make the cut, but almost all of them did. Some were separated, some were moved a bit. The textures only work in the face zone, so some of them look a little bit chewed on because they were originally intended to cover the scalp as well. Nothing too extreme tho.
Of course, everything is tooltipped, compressed, and has cute previews. I also tried my best to give all the files clear names because I love when everything is labeled. Important note: when I labeled a tattoo as left or right, I meant the way a sim would see it from their own perspective. Sorry if it's a bit of a mindfuck, just made more sense to me personally, lol.
Credits: aside from the creators that made all of this really cool stuff, I also want to really thank Lifa for their wonderful Birthday Suit skintones that I used in all the in-game previews, specifically the original and the colorful ones (mostly Zodiac, lol). Hi guys! Today I'm bringing you this super cute music player! It works as a normal radio and comes in two versions. I converted all of the original TS4 CD options, most of which are kpop plus a bunch of other music as well. All textures are 512x512 for better quality.
Both versions are cloned from a table radio because I didn't really like the in-game wall speaker's functionality. Because of that you'll need to use moveobjects on in order to place the wall-mounted player anywhere. You can still place it "on" tables without cheats but it's gonna be really far up the wall. Didn't know how to do it otherwise, sorry!

Hi people! Welcome to yet another thing I've made, and this one was a real pain in the ass sometimes but also an actually fun and rewarding experience! Just like my last upload, this one was inspired by @gothoffspring's very pretty pictures. I wanted to have whatever they're having, and it caused me to get into the intricacies of repositorying stuff, and damn was it hard, but it was all worth it in the end! The last few times I checked, this thing worked with absolutely no problems, but please do let me know if it starts pulling shit again.
Okay, let's get to the details now. I clearly got intrigued by the keyboard, and thanks to the absolutely priceless 4t2 conversion database, I found out that it has already been converted by Ladysimplayer8 on MTS, as was tons of other 4t2 stuff. It's a fully functional keyboard, too! To be honest, I first edited the mesh a bit to fit my preferred game style (separated the recolors + added a shadow), but the first time I thought to check the original creator's TOU was literally just now, and I realized too late they don't allow their meshes to be edited and posted, so I'll have to keep it to myself. However, all the other stuff I did was actually converted directly from TS4, so of course I'm sharing it!
The wall and floor add-ons are purely decorative, having been cloned from wall objects, but I find them to be super cute. You can find them in Hobbies.../Creative right next to the actual thing. They share the original's room rating and cost a little less, but still a reasonable amount of §700 because it is a keyboard, dammit.
As both of the add-ons are repositoried to the original, they will share whatever recolors the playable keyboard has. I decided to recolor them in options by gothoffspring and MsFrankenstein because they were all very pretty. I tried to clearly label every swatch but sometimes it's brain breaking (some of them turned out to look a little different in-game, too) so I sincerely hope the names all make sense!

Hi people! Time to finish this set of creations on a nice note (I really need a bit of rest after this...), which is gonna be, unexpectedly even for me, a third installment of repositoried mesh add-ons! I really liked these super cute beddings for TS4 made by @awingedllama, which have been converted and recolored multiple times by @deatherella. If you like the mesh, I recommend you check the recolors that they offer, they're super cute: (one) (two) (three) (four)
I really liked some other swatches I saw as well, so I got inspired to convert a bunch of pretty prints and colors for this set. I honestly wasn't in the mood to check if using smaller textures would still look good enough in-game, so I just did everything in the size it originally came in. I could make a 512x512 version by request, feel free to ask!
Anyway, making these inspired me to also separate the blanket and the pillows, just in case somebody wants to only use one or to combine various swatches. You can get the best result out of this set if you use it with plain sheet-only recolors of regular bedding, which Deatherella kindly provided in one of their posts. I also highly recommend you use it with Lamare's Unmade Bed mod, I checked it in-game and it worked wonderfully.

Hey everyone!! And happy Halloween! Here comes the last thingie I'm gonna be uploading this spooky season. I really like @grimmbats's creations (truth be told, this isn't even the first thing of his I've converted, but I've never posted the other one... yet?), and this one in particular caught my eye as something to convert for Halloween, of course. It's a super adorable set of skeleton string lights! They are located under Decorations/Wall, right where the Maxis decorative string lights are, and for the humble amount of §30 you can put them up anywhere in your house. They are not super low-poly but I think it's still quite decent. There are two versions, V1 is the one presented in the preview and in the swatch down below, and V2 looks like this:
You will need V1 to use both because V2 is repositoried to it, meaning it will use all the same textures that V1 uses. I took the original colors and added a bunch of new ones, and the string itself is now also recolorable, which I never intended at first but it kinda just happened? Both channels share one texture, and you can mix and match the recolors however you want.
Fun feature: their bright colors stay bright even when it's completely dark! I think it's super appropriate for the theme, and while these aren't actual lights, they might create an illusion of glowing a bit. This is how they look with and without lighting in the room:

Hey everyone!!! It isn't the 4th of October anymore where I am, but I know in some places it still is, so I'm gonna use that to my benefit. I really wanted to post this creation today and share something for the wonderful @notsosimstober challenge. I also want to express a special thank you to @nappe-plays-the-sims for inspiring me to join the challenge with their post!
Anyway, I made these last year. I was actually very surprised today when I thought to check and saw that I made them on the 4th and 5th of October 2024, which was exactly one year ago. That's a ridiculous coincidence. And they were almost ready when I abandoned them! This day of the challenge seemed like a perfect opportunity to finish and post them, so here they are.
So, how do these slippers work? This is an accessory, so you put them on your sims and they appear on top of whatever the sim is wearing. I love this concept and it allows for wide variety of cute outfits. It's best worn on bare feet, otherwise the meshes might clip.
Another thing that's very important to mention, and I will mention it later as well next to the download link - this was meant to be worn exclusively with PJs, so it's invisible in every category aside from sleepwear/underwear/pregnancy clothes. It's still visible in the bin, but not on the sim. In Bodyshop, I believe you first have to put your sim in their underwear or sleepwear to see it in the bin at all.
Some technical stuff: I think the original textures are super cute, but they were also ultra small and pixelated, so I upscaled them. I hope the original creator doesn't mind! Also, I have to give a shoutout to @xiasimla for their Paper Bag Hat Conversion, because I had a serious struggle with the child mesh and this cc piece surprisingly helped me. In short, there is a buggy invisible part on every accessory mesh that, for a reason I unfortunately don't understand, was drastically affecting the slipper mesh for kids, making it unusable. I was extremely frustrated and desperate when I found xiasimla's mesh, I just borrowed that tiny bunch of seemingly useless vertices from there and now everything works perfectly!! A massive shout out to you if you're reading this, without you I wouldn't be able to proceed with this!

Important note: this accessory was specifically designed to be worn as a part of pyjamas. This means it's invisible in every category other than sleepwear, underwear, and pregnancy clothes. You will still find it in the accessory bin regardless of what your sim is wearing, but you're not gonna see it on the sim unless they change into their undies. That way your sims can wear this accessory all the time and it will only appear when appropriate. The only thing I have to mention is I think it might be visible in work uniform as well, which is funny. And I don't know that for sure and I don't know how to change that, either.
