T.O.S (for adopts)
Once a design created by me is brought, gifted, traded and etc is out of my control what the client does with it and my only association with them is that we did business. My TOS are pretty light, Just the basic.
- If you get one of my designs for free, don't try to sell without adding any value first. You personal art counts as value to me.
- Always credit me art and the base design, you cannot claim that you did it.
- Do not feed my art to generative AI
The breaking of these TOS will result on being put on my blacklist meaning that you cannot buy designs directly from me, however I don't care if you get them by secondhand (getting them from another user). I cannot control what other users so the blacklist is like a small boundary.
Other relevant info:
- I don't mind doing small holds (like 1 or 2 weeks), If you take too long without response I will automatically cancel the hold. I can extend the hold for more time if you explain to me your situation
.- I never do payment plans.
- My designs are non refundable. If you were given a design for free and don't want it you can give it back with no issue.
