This update is not new. It is Microsoft's predictive text with a new name. Both the OP and the retweeter deleted the original post, with the latter posting an update.

Windows 10 hasn't received an update since October 2025 beyond security updates. The update released on May 26th (the one I assume the original posts were about) mentions AI but not within predictive text from what I've read.
