After making the announcement to remove markups for beer and spirits that are brewed or distilled on site in Manitoba, PC Leader Brian Pallister attempts to drink a local craft beer only to realize, like Halloween, debates and people, it’s not really his forte.

Just one of Premier Brian Pallister’s suggestions to save the city of Winnipeg money is the having school children volunteer to do city worker jobs.
