a few of you might immediately know what that means. i sure as fuck did NOT, and when @theoldsmelly started a playlist with that name, i had to shoot off a query to him....i didn't know what he was on about or what he had been doing when he created said list....

turns out, from what he tells me, it's how people with a bristol accent say easter eggs 🤣....i said it in my head and yeah, that sounds about right. what with this being easter week, he had done well to set us up with an easter-ish theme to find tunes for. i honestly forgot it was already almost easter. i'm an avowed atheist, so i'm def not one of those people waiting around for the second coming or believe that some guy rose up from the dead after three days....

but being that a lot of the easter traditions are firmly rooted in a pagan spring equinox festival celebrating the goddess eostre (shocking they would place this religious 'event' around one that previously existed i know), and i love chocolate, and also jelly beans, and well also those brachs eggs that are hard on the outside and that weird sugar fluff on the inside, i kinda get on board with easter stuff...

you know what's next...some easter/spring/zombie or not jesus songs.

and don't forget to leave a carrot out for the easter bunny, just maybe not a camberwell one....
