Isn’t it weird we universally know the different types of pain without really being taught them or having had them defined. Like everyone automatically knows the difference between a pang, a twinge, an ache or a stab of pain.

Jeez like I really struggle to relate to stupid main characters *facepalm* They actually infuriate me

Headaches are so weird, our brains make themselves hurt to get our own attention. That’s like if I stabbed myself in the leg with a fork to remind myself that I’m hungry.
