Hi Spade! I admit I had my doubts whether the girls are still together or not, but Taylor confirmed it for me (that they’re still going strong) with the IBYTAM music video. So I thought now is a good time to share this presentation I did a while ago - it’s about all the KK connections in Taylor’s music.

In case you missed this morning's chaos

Taylor released a video of the RED (Taylor's Version) vault opening, similar to the Fearless (Taylor's Version) vault. Whereas the Fearless vault was each song individually scrambled, she decided to up the ante and scramble the entire RED Vault tracklist.

A second message from Taylor indicated the next clue would be found at a spot where you would listen to RED - in this instance a pre-save option for a streaming service.

I had no idea that the Stonewall Rebellion was sometimes referred to as the “hairpin drop heard around the world.” Or that “hairpin drop” was a way of subtlety letting someone know you were gay back in the day.

To give hints that one is gay. Usually in the act of determining whether or not a person is safe to come out to. Also to see if an object of desire is also gay.

When I was talking with Jim, I dropped a couple hairpins, but I don't think he picked up on them.
