7-year-old Bana al-Abed is using Twitter to shed light on the plight of Syrian children

For many, the ongoing conflict in Syria is a distant problem faced by people thousands of miles away.

But via Twitter, 7-year-old Bana al-Abed has shared her personal story within this horrifying tragedy.

Since September, al-Abed and her mother Fatemah have been tweeting to the world about the terror and fear they face living with the daily bombings in Aleppo

Their account has garnered 186,000 followers in the process.

Though they posted a farewell message on Sunday in the face of heavy bombing, the family is still alive

But their home has now been destroyed. Read more

I've been single since the 11th grade and now I'm in my second semester of college. I've had my history of hookups and flings, but never the real thing. In high school I used to give every girl advice about their relationships and how to keep calm in bad situations. I want make sex not only fascinating but memorable and fun. I want her to make her moan, cry, shake, scratch and bite. I want to feel loved. I want someone to bring to my mother & father because they now think I may be homosexual because I don't fall in love fast. Love isn't just a word to me, its an emotion and a declaration.
