Stex gym/workout headcannons!!
He is the BIGGEST ego-lifter known to man, completely ruins his arms by lifting too heavy, just to impress Dinah.
Rawdogs the lifting with NO warmup. Cuz yk, warmups are for weaklings
Only cardio related thing he does is the rowing machine
HATES working out and hates sweatingWalks on the treadmill for three minutes and is convinced theyβve been walking for an hour. (The components manipulate the numbers to make them feel good)
Has a bigass mirror to look at themselves when they do walk on the treadmill
Makes the components take pictures of them while posing in gym attire (bro does NOT work out)
Barely works out intentionally, but pulls the coaches and freights around so that counts for something
Pulled a muscle trying to prove to Pearl that heβs strong and cool
Sabotages everyone else by adding extra weights when they arent looking, turning up the treadmill, making the floor slippery ectβ¦
Well rounded workouts and a balanced diet, maybe the most healthy of them all in a way
Works out often, has a well rounded program and tries to hit as many muscle groups as possible
Doesnt really work out other than training for races, he just has that dad strength/build
Can pull twice as many cars as the others but isnt as fast as greaseball and electra
