I feel like im being careless with my ed lately, snacking up to 100, not bothering eating light at dinner, and eating dessert almost every day.

So heres my new ed rule log thing

1. ABSOLUTE LIMIT OF 500 CAL A DAY

2. 4 liters of water a day (4 water bottles filled for me)

3. Don't eat in room unless chew + spitting, and make sure everyone knows youre eating

4. If parents say anything about eating unhealthy/too much fast the entire next day at all costs

5. Fist sized portions

6. If theres no plan for a family dinner fast all day

7. Burn 300 cal a day

8. Try to get 8+ hours of sleep

9. Round up if you cant count the cal exactly

Do not be angry with the rain; it simply does not know how to fall upwards.

- shout out to the kids who were “so bright” and ‘heading somewhere” and had to drop out because school was too much to handle along with mental illness

- shout out to the kids who struggled to get where they got before they dropped out

- shout out to the kids who tried and tried and tried and still couldn’t finish
