this is kind of a ridiculous reality but i’ve been watching qsmp for like three days straight 🫡

i love shifters because we’re so creative with our drs and we love our lovely pretty precious significant others, dr friends, dr family that we chose to live in another reality. and i think it’s beautiful that we have so much desire to live and it doesn’t matter if it’s another reality because we chose what is better for us.

a lot of shifting exercises consist of letting go of the ego, correct?

well lets think about that. you've (probably) heard the term 'ego'. but have you really, truly, internalized what that means?

the ego is everything. literally, everything. it is literally every single thing you have ever known. about yourself, about this reality, your thought processes and patterns, literally everything.

however, what the ego doesn't come in comparison to, is awareness.

awareness can exist with the ego, but the ego physically cannot exist without awareness. if you've taken a psychology, biology, statistics (hell literally any stem class) you know that the dependent variable is entirely reliant on the independent variable. the independent variable is unchanging & secure. the dependent variable's outcome is literally defined by the manipulation of the independent variable.

awareness/being ----> independent, unchanging variable

ego/your body ----> dependent variable

i want you to think of a thought. or, predict your next thought.

its weird right? if you deliberately become aware of your thoughts, there's an odd sense of detachment. why does it feel that way? because it doesn't feel like you anymore. at that point, its just something you're observing. the ego.

you think that you're a fish swimming in the ocean in your aquamarine world and you can never escape because your fate is just to die, but you aren't. because you're actually not a fish, and you aren't in the ocean. you're actually in an aquarium observing said fish. and if u want, you can walk away from the fish tank simply because you wish to observe the dolphins instead.

every single doubt you have ever, EVER had, only stems from the ego. because think about it, how would awareness even form a thought, let alone a doubt? it only observes, never internalizes.

every doubt you have had about shifting or anything else, whether you like it or not, came from the ego attached to this reality. here's an example.

thought: "wow, I really dont think I can shift."

source that you unconsciously internalized: a tiktok you watched back in 2021 saying you will never be able to shift if you don't feel symptoms (this isn't even true btw..)

u might be thinking '"fawn literally wtf are u on about omg why would something from 5 years ago affect me today??"

everything is in your subconscious, and like it or not a lot of stuff stems from the unconscious mind. next time you think of a negative thought, catch it, and blow it out through your mouth!! detach from your limiting ego!!!

Clones do not exist because the entire concept comes down to one thing — consciousness. If consciousness in the DR (Desired Reality) and CR (Current Reality) is one and the same, then there are no "two of you," no original and copy, and no split into "someone stayed" and "someone left." There is only one consciousness that can change its focus of perception. And yes, in different realities, there can be a different brain, different thoughts, character, memory, and reactions. But this does not create a new "you" — these are just different forms of the same consciousness manifesting through different conditions.

For example, in the void, there is no attachment to a specific reality — consciousness simply exists. And if in this state consciousness has no rigid attachment to a body or a script, then it becomes obvious that it doesn't split into copies; it is one.

If clones did exist, they would have to be separate, independent consciousnesses living on their own, but then that wouldn't be "you and a clone" — it would just be another person.

If you believe in clones, then a question arises: "what makes you think that you are the original and the other version is the copy?". Any version could say the exact same thing about the other.

Who stays in the CR then?

No one stays, because you do not disappear anywhere.

Just as your version in the DR isn't waiting around for you to "move in," your version in the CR doesn't turn into an empty shell.

You exist in both points of perception simultaneously; you just happen to be aware of the CR right now because your focus of attention is here.

There is no original and copy. There is only one consciousness and different points of perception through which it experiences life.
