you ever have an elderly family member suddenly confess shit??? like it wasn’t anything bad, but my dad used to have this dog when he was a kid, named Sam i think, and one day he just disappeared. my dad and uncle were really upset and tried to find him for a long time but never did, and so did my grandpa and great uncle. eventually they accepted Sam was dead, but they never figured out what happened. My dad always thought my great grandmother knew something about it because she refused to talk about it, but she never said anything until a few years ago (literally 30+ years after Sam died) and was like “:(( i think it was the neighbor. He fed him antifreeze.” WHAT??? GRANDMA????????

rewatching all the pokemon movies. in hindsight pokemon: mewtwo strikes back (the 1998 one) was fucking insane. mewtwo traumatizes several strangers by cloning their pokemon and forcing them to fight eachother, so much so as to change multiple of the trainer’s views on pokemon fighting, Ash fucking dies, and in end Mewtwo’s like “oh, oh shit. yeah you all have got to fucking forget about all of this. this is better left off forgotten. i’m so fucking sorry.” AND SO NOBODY REMEMBERS IT!!!!!
