Doing Things The Healthy Way Once and For All

one day I will wake up naturally in a soft bed with light filtering through the window and the smell of coffee and breakfast floating in from the kitchen and I will walk out to my garden and take a deep breath and feel safe and loved and hopeful and connected and I will feel secure in the knowledge that while those warm feelings may come and go they will ultimately be the overall pattern for my life and it will be amazing
