All AU’s are technically canon now because of the “In Every Universe” thing so hear me out:

Best of both worlds where Aziraphale and Crowley rewrite universe in the bookshop with the empty books. They “delete” God + Satan and set everything back the way it was in a similar fashion to Armegedidn’t back at the end of season 1.

After they rewrite the universe, they remove their status as angel and demon, and live out the rest of their days as people.

They have secured free will for people, AND for themselves while still being them, and retaining their memories.

The rest of the fic is them adjusting to human life, getting jobs because that’s something they need to do now, eating and sleeping not for pleasure but necessity, just getting to exist.

Crowley: Aww, angel, in that universe you have a crush on me? That's so embarrassing!
