This message is for all of you, girl or boy, no matter who you are, what you are, if you follow my account you are willing to lose weight.

I would like to tell you my story to help you understand what it is like to lose weight.

I was 63kg. Overweight for some people. Curvy for other. I was not confident.

During 6 months I did a lot of sport: running, home made exercises, dancing... There were no time for resting.

I jumped down to 46kg. I didn’t see anything coming that fast. My surroundings did.

I was confident as hell! My model friends were surprised but all smiling because I looked great (my skinny friends told me this).

But behind all of this, my stomach couldn’t take an ounce of food. I was starving but couldn’t eat. I couldn’t stand up, always tired, always cold.

It has been way too much effort for me. I looked in the mirror, I was a SKELETON. There were no skin on my tiny bones. I was ashamed, scared.

It took me a month for my body to realize I’ve lost weight. When I couldn’t stand up, I couldn’t eat, didn’t have my periods...

When I gained a little bit more weight I could see my breast, feel my but. It can sound weird but I promise it feels great to grab it!

I went through bullimia of course. I still need to recover.

I wraped up the story because the most important thing you need to remember is that whenever you feel down and want to lose weight, you don’t have to. You have to build confidence.

Whoever you are trying to impress. Don’t.

Your life is worth the comments you can receive, health is very important.

You can imagine that when you are skinny, your life will be perfect. But mine was a disaster and when I gained weight, I succeeded at school, met a great guy who is now my boyfriend, supports me no matter what, loves my body how ever it looks like. My friends are no more scared about me, neither is my family.

Of course you can go through down moments, but at least you won’t go throught depression, anorexia, bullimia, hospitalization, body shaming... you won’t.
