Dennis is very clingy and intense in relationships. He sends multiple texts throughout the day, can't sleep without a goodnight phone call, says 'I love you' after two weeks, already has baby names picked out, steals clothes from the dirty washing just because they smell of his boyfriend. He knows this about himself though, mostly because all his previous relationships ended for this reason.
But now he's started dating Robby he really wants it to work because he's not felt this way about someone before. He's scared his true self will scare him off so he tries to keep it hidden. He keeps his distance and tries desperately to be casual. Restricting his contact to two or three messages a day, only spending one night a week at Robby's, being overly professional at work. He's convinced with this precautions in place he won't send Robby running.
Robby is so confused as to why his boyfriend barely wants to spend time with him. When they were just friends Dennis was so attentive and a constant presence. He'd send morning and goodnight texts, make sure their lunch breaks aligned at least three times a week, always looking for any excuse to spend time at Robby's. Now he's practically vanished.
Cue Robby spiralling because now he thinks Dennis never wanted more than friendship but felt he couldn't say no because at the end of the day Robby's his boss. It was Robby who suggested the first date, it was Robby who initiated the first kiss, it was Robby who wanted to become exclusive. Poor Dennis was just dragged along for the ride.
Eventually Robby tries to talk to Dennis, he's sure if they talk properly they can at least go back to being friends. He misses having Dennis around so he'd go back to what they had before if he had to. He asks him if he thinks itâs working between them or if maybe they were better as friends. Dennis panics and tries to work out what 'crazy boyfriend' shit he's done to push Robby away.
"Is it because I left my toothbrush at your house?"
"No, I didn't even notice."
"Were the home cooked packed lunches too much?"
"No, I loved those."
"Is it because I started using your aftershave?"
"No, I liked that."
Suddenly Dennis' heart drops, the list on his phone. Alphabetised baby names, each one ending with Robinavitch.
"Have you been on my phone?"
Now it's Robby's turn to panic, why would Dennis be so scared of him going on his phone. Unless there are messages on there that Dennis would rather he not sees.
"No, why? Are you seeing someone else?"
"As if! I'm far too in love with you to date anybody else."
Dennis realised what he's said, he's done it again and come on too strong. He's just about to apologise when suddenly he's being scooped up into Robby's arms as he whispers over and over how much he loves Dennis too.
They talk properly after that, share all their insecurities and Robby reassures Dennis that nothing he could do would scare him off because they are just two men pathetically obsessed with each other.

It's a bad idea, Robby knows. There's a very small, logical part of his brain still trying to kick into drive and tell him to stop. It's not winning out as Robby scrolls through his contacts. A couple of excuses run through his mind. Checking on his plants, making sure the mail is getting run-in and he's not missing anything important, maybe even a worry about his bills being paid on time. He could make up a lie about how he may have been late on one of them.
All of those excuses leave his mind the second the phone starts ringing. The empty beer bottles on the stand next to him stare at Robby as if judging. He shushes them as the phone keeps ringing.
"Robby?" Dennis says once the ringing stops. A smile spreads across Robby's face at the sound of his voice. It's stupid, how much he's missed Pittsburgh. "Is everything okay?"
"Yeah, yeah," Robby says, "Just fine."
"Oh. Um, well, your plants are doing great! If that's why you were calling."
"Just calling to say hi." There's silence on the other end and Robby frowns. He wants Dennis to keep talking, tell him about his day. Then again, they don't call. Not really. They called once at the start of his sabbatical three weeks ago. That had been a video call because Dennis wanted to move his plants around. According to him, he had them set up all wrong and was burning some of his plants while depriving others of the proper light.
A video call actually would have been nicer. Then Robby could see Dennis' face.
"In that case," Dennis says, "Hi. How's the sabbatical?"
"Made it to Head-Smashed in," Robby sighs. He shifts on the bed so he can lean against the headboard. He left Canada a few days ago. Now he's somewhere in Washington in a shitty motel. "Didn't like the view."
"Really?" Dennis sounds like he's laughing or trying not to, "Are you still there or...?"
"Nah. Went to the beach. Found a couple of shells. Hey, Duke said you two started talking?"
"I wouldn't say anything like that. More like he kicks my ass on Words With Friends." Robby chuckles at that. When Duke first mentioned having started talking with Dennis, there had been an odd flair of something in Robby's chest. He ignored it and told Duke a lot of the same when the two met in the ER. Dennis was a good man.
"Right, right."
"Robby, are you." Dennis stops and chokes and Robby opens his eyes in worry. "Are you drunk?"
"Mm, nah. Think I'd need at least another beer."
"Ah. My mistake." Dennis sounds like he's smiling and Robby wishes he could see it. He pulls his phone away from his ear and turns on speaker mode as he glares at the phone. "Robby?"
"Hang on," Robby tells him, "I'm trying... Fuck." Robby stares at the buttons. He's sure he knows how to do this, but he's never liked his new phone.
"Everything okay?" Dennis sounds worried and Robby shushes him.
"I'm trying to... How do you a facetime?" Dennis snorts on the other end and Robby glares harder at the screen. How dare his phone not let him see Dennis' face?
There's a new banner across his screen. It's Dennis! But, he's still talking to Dennis.
"Click the notification, Robby," Dennis says. Robby hums and clicks it. It ends the call. Then, Dennis' face is on his screen. His boy is definitely smiling and his face looks a little flushed. He's bitting his bottom lip. It looks like he's in Robby's living room. "Hi."
"Hi." Robby sighs.
"You're not wearing your glasses. No wonder you couldn't figure it out."
"Oof. Low blow, Whitaker."
"Uh-huh." Dennis is shaking his head before he looks over the phone. Robby frowns and tilts his head as if it will give him view of what Dennis is looking at. Robby knows what's on the other side of his living room. Just his TV. He wonders if he interrupted Dennis' late-night binging. "Hey, you said no babies."
"I really hope that doesn't mean there's a baby in my house," Robby says. Not that he would actually be that mad. Jealous, maybe. It wasn't all Robby trying to make sure Dennis wasn't extending his empathy more than necessary.
"No," Dennis laughs and Robby smiles at the way his whole face lights up, "No. Um, Trinity wanted to know if there were more rules. She wants to have a game night? I don't know what her plan is."
"Yeah, that's fine," Robby says, "Just no babies."
"I promise there will be no babies during game night. Scouts honor."
"Were you a boy scout?"
"Nah. I think my dad was? Didn't get passed down to me or my brother's though."
They keep talking. Robby doesn't pay attention to the time, and Dennis never seems to get annoyed. It's nice. Robby had been trying to keep Dennis at arm's length. At the hospital, there's more than a little gossip about Robby's exploits. It's something he wanted to keep away from Dennis. Those rumors can ruin a person's career.
It doesn't mean Robby's ignoring how he feels about Dennis.
Their conversation lasts until Robby's answers start becoming hums more than real words. He can feel his hand lowering and opens his eyes to bring it back up. Dennis is watching him with a smile.
"You're tired," he says, "What time is it over there?" Robby hums and glances at the alarm clock hidden behind the beer bottles.
"Almost eleven." Robby says. His brain does sluggish math and he groans. "Which means it's almost two for you. Shit. I didn't mean to--"
"If I wanted to hang up, I would have told you," Dennis says. His voice is soft. Robby smiles.
Robby jokes, âTheyâre deactivating my email during my sabbatical.â In response to Gloria pestering him about keeping up to date on PTMC news while heâs gone. But Dennis overhears and doesnât catch that heâs joking.
Later on, he asks Robby about it, casually saying, âSo, I heard youâre going to be unreachable via email during your trip.â
And Robby chuckles and replies, âYes, if I get anything, it will go straight to the trash.â
Dennis takes that as confirmation that he wonât receive any emails sent during his sabbatical and proceeds to email him over the course of three months. It varies with a mix of trivial things about his day, funny patients Robby wouldâve liked, cases that made it harder for Dennis to find balance, and heartfelt confessions about how much Dennis misses him.
Little does Dennis know that Robby receives every single email from him and starts looking forward to them. Time and time again, Dennis unknowingly talks him off the ledge and convinces Robby to come back.
Eventually, Robby returns, and other than the hug Robby gives him, Dennis is none the wiser that his emails were fully sent and received.
Until a few shifts later, when Robby is walking them through a procedure, he offhandedly mentions that he learned more about the operation from a case study that Dr. Abbot emailed him about during his sabbatical.
Dennis wouldâve reasoned that Abbot used Dr. Robbyâs personal email, but Robbyâs wide eyes guiltily snap to him, giving away his secret.
He manages to corner Robby about it and ask if he received every email. When itâs confirmed that he did, Dennis turns bright red, remembering the drunken one he sent talking through some very explicit ideas he had involving his boss.
But instead of firing him like Dennis expects, Robby lays a hand on his shoulder and asks, âDid you mean any of it?â
And Dennis throws caution to the wind and answers, âEvery word.â
Robby smiles to himself, nodding while scratching the back of his neck. Eventually he works up the courage to say, âWell, I liked the idea you had in one email about us getting dinner together to get to know each other better. Would you still like to do that?â
Dennis immediately answers yes, and they schedule a date for immediately after their shift.
During their date, Robby shows him all his unsent drafts in response to each and every one of his emails. And Dennis makes him promise that anytime he sends an email in the future, heâll send a response.
Robby agrees as long as Dennis promises to continue emailing him. Which he does.
Eventually, when Robby retires, they do officially deactivate his email account. But theyâve long since stopped using their work emails. Instead, they use their new Mr and Mister Robinavitch personal emails
And while Robby still hates emails from literally anyone else, he will always answers Dennisâ emails no matter what.
fic where its timeskip outsider pov and itâs a bunch of new med students starting their rotation at the pitt trying to figure out the dynamics between all the attendings and senior residents
Dr. Robby does his big speech and introduces the med students to the senior residents theyâll be reporting to; he introduces them to Dana (who is still there despite saying sheâs going to quit every month). Then he walks over to a computer stand with an unreadable expression on his face,
âAnd this is the other attending on shift, Dr. Whitakerâ
Dennis smiles and probably unintentionally woos some of the younger students with his boyish charm and easygoing nature. He glances at Robby with that same unreadable expression and goes back to a chart.
Dr. Whitaker ends up being their saving grace in more ways than one.
He listens intently as they present their cases to him. He guides them through difficult procedures. But most importantly, he saves them from the wrath of various staff membersâspecifically Dr. Robby, Dr. Santos, and Dana.
Theyâll bring Dr. Whitaker over to chaperone as they ask Dr. Robby about a patient. For whatever reason, Dr. Robby seems to be intimidated by him and listens to him more often than not.
Whenever Dr. Santos starts getting snappy, they notice that Dr. Whitaker will get within her sight and she calms down slightly.
Dr. Whitaker sees that Dana is getting stressed and starting to scare the med students, so he casually asks if sheâd like to join him for a smoke in the ambulance bay
They see little interactions between the staff and Dr. Whitaker and wonder how this small, mousy attending can bring such a calm to the storm that is the ED?
they find out one day through the nurses or smth that Whitaker and Santos were roommates for years and are best friends/pseudo siblings
they see little interactions between Robby and Whitaker and wonder how they got so close
One day Dr. Robby is in a particularly bad mood and is snapping at everyone left and right. Dana calls out to him,
âRobinavitch! Go take a lap, we donât need that in here. Donât make me get your hubby on the phoneâ
Santos walks by and adds, âYeah, Huckleberry doesnât come in until one for his swing shift. Chill out and let him sleepâ
Thatâs when it all dawns on them.
Theyâve heard Santos refer to Whitaker as âHuckleberryâ more than his own name
Dr. Dennis âHuckleberryâ Whitaker and Dr. Michael âRobbyâ Robinavitch are married

Trinity: Life update twink, I ended things with Garcia, starting therapy, and just orgasmed so hard my nose bled for 15 minutes. WOO, itâs my fucking month!
Reading the fic felt like a warm hug. It was incredibly cute and sweet. There is some angst though, but itâs mostly fluff! I loved their interaction, but also the reaction of the other PTMC characters teasing Dennis and the rumor mill going crazy đ¤ I loved it!
my favourite difference between how i imagine dennis and robby is definitely the way they call each other.
I think robby calls dennis so many pet names that it's hard for anyone else to keep track of them all, it's just a constant stream of puppy, mouse, baby boy, sweetheart, honey... you name it, he's bestowed it upon dennis. sometimes they joke about how it sounds like robby is keeping a petting zoo at home, with all the small animals that have become synonymous with dennis. mouse is his current favourite. robby's sweet little mousey.
it works for dennis because he'd grown up without any of it. on the farm, he'd only ever been dennis, or sometimes "boy", or "you there", if he'd underperformed somehow in his tasks. so suddenly having this outpouring of delight towards him that culminated in him being sweetheart, or puppy-baby, or honey... well. quite frankly, he laps it up. robby likes it too, not only because he really does worship the ground his boyfriend walks on, but because calling him dennis felt like an on shift thing- and he didn't really need to be reminded of their power imbalance at work more than he already was.
dennis, on the other hand, very very rarely calls robby pet names. he doesn't even really call him "robby", given that that was still a nickname and was popular at work (and dennis also wanted to draw a line between work and home). no, dennis calls him michael. in the mornings, snuggled together, it was michael he gave sleepy kisses to, and it was michael who cooked him breakfast, and when he was getting fucked at night, it was michael deep inside of him.
it works for robby for exactly the opposite reasons that dennis's plethora of pet names work for him. robby's spent almost his whole life hiding behind nicknames and shortenings, always keeping a gap between the real him and the rest of the world. it had been a safety net that had made him the loneliest man alive- no one could get through his walls when half of them didn't even know his real name wasn't robby.
had dennis insisted on pet names for him, he'd have smiled and accepted, but the alienation would've only grown despite their love. so hearing his lover, his baby, his mousey, only refer to him as michael- wanting to know *michael's* thoughts and feelings and life, rather than robby's- broke those walls down like they'd been nothing more than sand. in dennis's arms, he didn't need to be anyone but who he was.
there was the sincerity and truth in michael, and care and affection in puppy or mousey, that both men had been searching for for years. it's as though they'd always known what the other needed without discussion.

i actually think it was really hot for trinity santos to walk in on her first day with that amount of confidence, make nicknames for every loser in there, try and get to do as many cool procedures as she could, catching some asshole stealing drugs, flirt with a 30+ year old surgery resident and still bag her after stabbing her in the foot, and just in general walking around and taking up her rightful space. i think women should do that more
He does everything he can, including: making Trinity hold him accountable whenever he mentions the man outside of work, not hooking up or flirting with anyone who vaguely looks like him, imagining literally anything other than Robby at all times, and trying his best not to stare at the man when they're on the same shift, although Robby tends to always schedule them together.
He makes it a solid three days before he ends up backsliding when he finds the closest lookalike he can at the bar and hooks up with them.
He thinks itâs the alcohol that amplifies how much this stranger looks just like Michael Robinavitch. But the morning after, he wakes up sober beside the younger clone of the man, panics, and promptly runs out.
Trinity teases him about it for days, and Dennis insists that heâs not crazy. The man looked just like him.
Fast forward a few days and much more teasing later, Dennis overhears commotion in Central and follows the noise.
As he approaches the crowd, he hears Robby drone on, âYes, Jake convinced me to do an Ancestry test kit, and, no, I didnât expect anything to come from it.â
âNeither did I,â a familiar voice continues. âNext thing I know, a new 50% match pops up, and Iâm flying out to meet my half-brother who is apparently my older doppelgänger.â
Dennis screeches to a halt as soon as he lays his eyes on none other than his recent bar hookup, introducing himself as John Carter to Trinity of all people. She looks around, eyes landing on Dennis, and calling out, âHuckleberry! Get a load of this.â
Johnâs eyes, quite unfortunately, land on Dennis. His smile grows as he says, âDennis?â He moves past the group to clap a hand on his shoulder, much like Robby would. âHey, I thought we had a good time the other night, but you disappeared in the morning. Did I do something wrong?â
Dennis feels all the blood leave his face as he sees a look of realization and horror cross over Trinityâs features that spreads throughout the group, including Dr. Robby.
He's so screwed.
John glances over his shoulder to where Dennis is staring, and flushes as the same realization hits him. âOh.â He looks between the two of them, and awkwardly says, âSo, it was a you thing, not a me thing. Or a⌠him thing.â
âJohn,â Robby grunts, desperate to get him to stop talking.
âSorry.â
Dennis doesnât know what to do other than pass out on the spot, try to flee to the Canadian border, or hope for divine intervention to strike him down.
Robby beats him to a solution and carefully guides his brother away from him. âLetâs⌠catch up in the staff lounge.â
âYes, please.â As they walk away, John tries to quietly add on, âSorry for sleeping with your coworker. I feel like I ruined this family reunion.â But with the eerie silence of the place, the words travel, confirming what everyone already assumes.
Robby pats his shoulder. âNot a coworker. A student.â
Dennis wants to throw up as John groans, âShit.â
The rest of the conversation is lost as they make their way to the staff lounge.
Everyone stares at Dennis.
âSo,â Princess says, breaking the silence. âWhat was it like sleeping with the new and improved Dr. Robby?â
Dennis runs his hands over his face and turns away from the group, looking at him way too expectantly. âWe are not discussing this. Ever. Or Iâll pay someone to do another cyber attack.â
As he walks off to whatever patient isnât near the group, he overhears Princess explain, âThat means it was unbelievable.â
The rest of the day, Dennis is given teasing remarks and learns, against his will, that John is also a doctor. But heâs from Chicago, where Dennis will hopefully never see him again. As for Dr. Robby⌠maybe Dennis can be switched to night shift.
He hardly runs into the man as the day goes on, but John does approach him when heâs leaving. He gives him a cute smile and a kiss on the cheek before whispering, âGood luck. If it doesnât work out, let me know when youâre in Chicago.â
Dennis laughs half heartedly, watching the all too familiar brown eyes scan his face one last time before he leaves.
Trinity immediately makes her presence known, nudging him as she joins in watching the man leave. âRemind me to never doubt you again.â
âWill do.â
He turns around to go to the board and locks eyes with Robby, who looks half amused and half like he wants to crawl out of his skin. Dennis ducks his head as he passes him, ready to never confront what the man knows.
Robby takes the cue for the rest of the day, not bothering the man besides giving him a helping hand or well-deserved praise here and there. It dwindles after Dr. Robby comments, âGreat work, Dr. Whitaker.â And Langdon makes the ill-advised joke, âIs that how Dr. Carter sounded the other night?â
Heâs sent to triage for the rest of the shift.
Lucky for Dennis, thatâs when all the other jokes start dying down, and he feels like he might actually be able to move past this.
That is, until the shift ends, and he finds Dr. Robby leaning against his locker, long after everyone from day shift has left. Dennis had stayed with a patient and thought that if he waited long enough, no one could corner him outside of work for details.
Apparently, he was wrong.
He shoots off a text to Trinity, letting her know that she shouldnât wait for him. He figures that as much as heâd like this conversation to end after two sentences, itâs going to take much longer.
Dennis slowly approaches his locker, rocking on his heels when Robby doesnât move. âYouâre blocking my locker.â
âSorry,â Robby says, shifting to the side but lingering.
He enters his combination with shaky hands, pulling on his jacket quickly, then throwing his backpack over his shoulder. He closes the door and mutters, âBye,â before turning around and practically sprinting away.
Heâs stopped by a hand on his shoulder and a singsonged, âUh uh uh.â
Dennis huffs and turns to the older man. âYes, I had sex with your brother without knowing you were half related. Yes, Iâm sorry for making you uncomfortable. Yes, it wonât happen again. And yes, I can be professional and put this past us.â
Robby shakes his head and chuckles. He claps a hand on his shoulder and guides Dennis out of the ER. âI think youâre getting a bit ahead of yourself, Whitaker.â
âI would like nothing more than for this to be a bad dream, but it isnât. So, Iâm trying to skip the worst part.â
âThe worst part wasnât sleeping with the younger version of me?â Robby asks as they make their way to the ambulance bay.
âGod, no,â Dennis says a little too quickly. He flushes red and reaches up to tug at his stethoscope, which he realizes is no longer around his neck. âUh, thatâs notâŚâ he clears his throat and tugs at his backpack strap instead. âWhat I mean is, Iâd really like if we could put this past us as soon as possible.â
âIâm not sure we can.â
Dennis glances up at Robby, his stomach flipping as he practically begs, âPlease, I really need this residency. I love PTMC, and Iâd do anything-â
Robby holds up his hands, cutting him off. âNo, thatâs not what I meant. I just need you to be honest with me, and then weâll be able to move past this.â
Dennis holds his breath as he waits for whatever Robby is hyping himself up to say.
The older man shakes his head as he stares at the ground, his hands coming up to settle on the back of his neck as he looks up at Dennis. âIs there a reason you slept with my brother?â
âHuh?â Dennis asks, the question not fully sinking in.
Robby stares at him, his hands clasping together as he repeats, âIs there a reason you slept with someone who looks nearly identical to me? I need you to answer this with full honesty, so I know how to proceed.â
Every part of Dennis screams at him to lie. To tell Robby that it was dark at the bar and entirely a coincidence. That he had too much to drink. That John mistook him for someone else, and he just didnât say that he had the wrong guy. Instead, he answers, âBecause I knew Iâd never get a chance with you, and I took the opportunity when I found the next best thing.â
Robbyâs eyes widen at Dennisâ honesty, and Dennis tries not to take it all back. After all, this is what Robby asked of him.
The longer Robby wordlessly stares at him, the more he overthinks his response.
He nearly admits defeat and leaves until Robby finally unfreezes and says, âJohn was right. Youâre much bolder than I anticipated.â
Dennis blushes and glances down at his shoes.
âI can assure you the next best thing is better than the real thing,â Robby says quietly.
Dennis shakes his head and mutters, âI wouldnât know.â
âDennisâŚâ
He glances up at Robby, seeing the conflicted look in his eyes. âHow do we proceed from here?â
The older man lets out a deep breath and shrugs. âWe put this past us, and we eventually forget that this day ever happened.â
Dennis nods, letting it sink in. He starts to take a step away when Robby adds, âOrâŚâ
He canât help but let his hopes rise as Robby takes a step closer to him. âWe figure out if you prefer this version of me. The old and cynical one that has almost nothing to offer.â
âRobby, the only thing John offered to me was your face. Youâre already everything I want you to be. Old and cynical, yes, but also too empathic for your own good, smarter than anyone Iâve ever met, and so frustratingly touchy I measure how well my shift went by the number of times you made contact with me. So, no, Iâm not going to figure out if I prefer you over your damn half-brother when I already know heâll never compare.â
Robbyâs eyes crinkle as he stares down at him, looking so fond it almost hurts. âYou done?â
âFor now.â
âGood,â Robby says, ducking down and pulling him into a kiss thatâs already one hundred times better than any kiss he's ever had.
He groans as Robby pulls him closer, gasping against his mouth when the man works a hand into his hair, tugging lightly. He uses the chance to deepen the kiss, and Dennisâ knees nearly buckle. When they eventually pull away for air, Robby pants against his cheek, âBetter than John?â
âBetter than anyone, but if you compare yourself to your brother one more time, Iâm moving to night shift.â
Robby chuckles as he pulls Dennis against him, circling his arms around him as he presses a kiss against the top of his head. âShould we send him a thank-you card?â
âProbably.â Dennis sighs as he rests his head against his chest. âAny future family get-togethers are going to be so weird.â
âYou shouldâve thought about that before sleeping with him.â Dennis shoves at him, and Robby laughs while intertwining their hands. âCome on, let me take you out to dinner.â
âYou're already one step ahead of him.â
âI thought we werenât doing comparisons.â
Dennis squeezes his hand. âI couldnât resist, but that's the last one.â
They make their way to Robbyâs car, discussing restaurants in the area when Robby suddenly asks, âDo you have any brothers who look like you?â
Dennis lightly nudges him. âPlease, donât tell me youâre implying what I think you are.â
âJust wouldnât want to make the same mistake,â he teases.
Dennis rolls his eyes and turns to him. âYou think thereâs a better version of me out there?â
âAbsolutely not.â He gives him a quick kiss before they continue on their way. âAlthough I am curious about what an older, graying version of you would look like.â
âRobby," Dennis groans.
The older man chuckles. âHopefully Iâll be able to find out.â
âYou will,â Dennis promises, pressing a kiss against his hand.
"Luckily, between the Pitt and me, I'm sure you'll start graying early."
Dennis laughs and leans against his side. "I'd be okay with that."
Robby's phone dings, and he digs it out of his pocket. He pulls on his glasses, laughing when he reads the notification. "How does dinner at the Italian place down the road sound?"
"Sounds amazing."
"Great, we're meeting John there."
Dennis freezes in place. "You're not serious."
"I am," Robby says with a chuckle. "Let's show him how much you like this version of me, hm?"
"You're going to seriously give me a reason to start graying early."
"What'd I tell you?" Robby plants another kiss on his head as they approach his car.
Dinner is less awkward than Dennis expected, but he still imagines he grows a few grays when John also asks if he has any single brothers.
Afterward, before Robby can say anything, Dennis pulls him into a kiss and confirms, "I definitely prefer this version of you."
"Want to see if you prefer all of it?"
"God, yes."
Dennis is very happy to report that, as great as John Carter was, nothing will ever compare to Michael Robinavitch.
Dennis auctioning off his virginity online to the highest bidder so he can pay off at least some of his med school debt, and Robby feverishly refreshing the page to make sure he stays as the highest bidder because he can't let anyone else have Dennis' virginity.
Listening to an old Noah Wyle interview where he says âRobby is a lone wolf. He doesnât have any family, he doesnât have a pet, he doesnât have a houseplant.â
ijbol thinking about Dennis arriving to water Robbyâs plants and spending 45 minutes looking for a plant that never even existed
