1. I hope AMVs/fanvids are okay for this!
A: yes! Feel free to create and post an AMV. Just make sure to use official materials (manga/anime) or your own art OR have explicit premission and credit somewhere in the works or in the post of that work from the creator of the art you are using.
2. I'm new to such events, are there any necessary information for joining?
A: Week events work as such: we announce prompts and dates for the event. The fans take their time till the event to create a work based on one or some or even none of the prompts if they don’t wish to and then when the datea arrive they post it to the platform where the event is being hosted under a specified tag so the works can then be shared by the creators of the event and viewed and appreciated by other fans.
3. Is it possible to post 2-3 days in a row if I'm not able to draw in time?
A: Go ahead just make sure to post it during the week + the extension and not before. You can easily schedule the post manually so it posts on the specific day you want but posting in a row for prompts ahead is also fine if you’re busy.
4. Is this event limited by Tumblr or I can post this on other platforms too?
A: The event is also hosted on twitter and bluesky! The links are in the sidebar.
5. I am interested, but I'm feeling kind of creatively empty right now. Definitely an observer, but I don't know if I can come up with story/art yet
A: Sharing, commenting and engaging in discussions is also participating. If you cant create a full work you can also share headacanons or songs/ideas you associate with Gilgamesh and Enkidu :)
6. I literally got into this fandom yesterday so idk how much I'll want to/be able to participate. I love these little fuckers though.

I have been rather quiet as of late because these two have been eating at my mind and took a lot of trial and error to nail down lol.
I have revisited Anunna Gilgamesh (Ruler Class) and Prince of Beasts Kingu (Avenger Class)! I am actually trying to work on a fic with the two of them. I've had the Feather Cloak design in my head for Gil for years but only got around to doing it recently thanks to the FSF hype.
The setting for this fic is weird, I can get into it in a different post. But there's a lot wrapped up into these two, and there's particularly a lot going on with Kingu. Being ordained Prince of Beasts by Tiamat has many benefits :) except that they're also now my poor little meow meow.
And Gilgamesh at this point is effectively going through late after-death crisis at his dead-end job. He's meant to look about forty here, and lemme tell you. I accidentally almost made him Fabio.
but anyhew. Casuals coming up soon(ish) uwu. I'll post my fic once I'm happy with the first few chapters and have a better idea of what all I'm doing!
