you can definitely get fabric paint that you can iron on once it’s painted to make sure it will stay on the fabric (I got mine from cass art, the brand is pebeo I think) when you wash it. also probably will attach to the fabric better and definitely won’t peel off. avoid water soluble paints paints since if you get caught in rain the paint could run. otherwise if you don’t intend to wash your jacket I feel like normal acrylics might work? oh and cause that spider is rather detailed I would recommend making a stencil
