It’s Soccer Aid 2026 tomorrow and Lee’s not involved 😭

What better time to remind you about the 2 most important moments in Soccer Aid history and indeed history itself:

Saturday 4th September 2021- Etihad Stadium, Manchester

After shockingly (!) defecting to the World XI, feeling it would give the OTT, take it too seriously England lads a better chance of winning, Lee scores his first ever goal at Soccer Aid to make it 3-0 to the World XI on the night.

(To all the pedants amongst you, yes, he’s English but it’s a ‘World XI,’ not a ‘rest of the World XI.’ Plus if you’ve seen Lee’s Who Do You Think You Are he’s got a lot of Irish and other bits in him).

Sunday 12th June 2022- London Stadium, London

After missing 3 times for England in shoot outs, Lee Mack scores the winning penalty to retain the Soccer Aid dishy thing.
