Candids shots behind the scenes of The Flash Episode 18 Godspeed which will be Danielle Panabaker’s directorial debut this Tuesday night!

When prepping the episode, it was incredible to collaborate with all the different departments in a different capacity. Once you get a script, a director has only seven days to make sure the script is in the best place it can be, to balance the budget (and make compromises where you need to), and to make sure every department is working cohesively to bring the vision of the show to light. I’m lucky that everyone on Flash is so talented and really brought their A game. For episode 518, we had to create a world that was 30 years in the future - most of the episode takes place in the year 2049. Doing that on an episodic budget was a bit of a challenge, but I think we came up with some really cool stuff. #TheFlash
