"Sorry. Dormmamu always sends assassins after me. Though sometimes I think he just sends me those he means to execute." Clea picked up the scroll attached to the would-be-assassin’s belt.

"Assassins. Great. What did you do?”

Clea's eyes flicked up to the woman as she pocketed the scroll. "Why do you assume I've done something. I'm perfectly innocent."

"I don’t think you should drink that." Clea said as she watched the tree-like creature swallowing the lake water.

"Groooo…" He just wasn’t going to get a good drink was he. Looking over at the mammal that stopped him this time, he realized it wasn’t Rocket. "I am Groot?"

"I am Clea." The sorceress took a bottle of water from her pack and offered it to the tree-like creature with a small smile. "That lake water is very polluted. Drink this instead?"

"I do not pull rabbits from hats… I may have once but that was an isolated incident and it did not turn out well.”

" You know not to come off as rude or anything          just a personal option of mine. I’m not really into the whole magic thing. “ 

"And why is that?" Clea looked the man over , clearly curious. "Because you're into... your 'technology'?"
