The world around you is largely constructed by your own thoughts and perspectives. The meaning that you give to your life experiences is all up to you. Life around you will happen as it does, yes, but you have unlimited choices about what you make of them.

“No one can tell what goes on in between the person you were and the person you become. No one can chart that blue and lonely section of hell. There are no maps of the change. You just come out the other side. Or you don’t.”

I am able to see through the chaos. I am able to listen to my heart and know what is true.

Everyday I bloom a little bit deeper into who I really am. And with this, I gain a greater appreciation for myself. I love myself a little bit deeper. I accept my flaws without judgement or hate, and feel as my heart opens towards all that I am.
