After losing her friend to The Forest, Madeline has been training to become a full time Starborn and continue her family legacy in bringing Hope to others through Dreamwalking by defeating the hold The Forest has on it's victims. As well as finding the answer to what is the ultimate Hope that she can master and give to others.
But will she be able to fare well while balancing school life, church life and her dream walking life all on her shoulders? Not to mention secretly having dreams of The Forest as well.....

Cedric was put under foster care when he was 6 by his Mother to Denzel due to her being unable to care for his CVID while working as a single mother.
Being in a new family is never easy especially when you have a distant working Father, a caring but still struggling elder brother and a feisty younger brother who doesn't like you.
It's easy to feel alone in such a place which is why his best escape is into his books, art and dreams. In the many days where he could've move he learned to lucid dream to escape it all.
