Deltarune today. What an odd direction for a chapter.. I must admit I do not particularly enjoy any of the big baddies except for queen. The flavor text gameplay and core cast are still great, suzielle is cute and fittingly sweet for their embarrassing age- we get some more noelle characterization.

As a flowey fan and as a deltarune fan I can respect what they're trying to do I just don't know how to feel about it. The whole themes Japan and so it makes sense that it's very anime though I feel like personally the more the game mixes media's the more I feel the original charm of the game is lost. The humor hasn't particularly changed but it feels less connected to the world if that makes sense. it could be that it just breaks my immersion a bit. I wouldn't want more of the same however and the designs are pretty good.
